Q: Who are the butlers?

A: Our butlers are a team of dedicated home management experts. They certified homemakers who have at least 3 years of homemaking experiences and are ready to serve you.

 

Q: Is your service available anywhere in Hong Kong?


A: We currently only cover Hong Kong Island and parts of Kowloon. We are working hard to bring our services to the rest of the city!

 

Q: How do I make a booking?

A: You can make a booking through the app "Butler Asia". Once you have submitted the request and our team confirms the order, you can see your confirmed session in your home screen of the App. Revert to our Butler App page for a full explanation of using the app.

 

Q: What is the initial consultation for?

A: We will send one of our butler executives to your home 30 minutes prior to your first scheduled session. The purpose of the consultation is for us to get a detailed understanding of how you want your home to be managed. Our services will then be based on your personalized preferences and requests.

Q: How do I make a payment? 

A: All payment methods will be done via Swipe, a payment system that supports all major credit cards. Via our IOS app, you will be directed to the Swipe payment system to complete your secured payment once you submitted your order form. We will also send you an invoice towards the end of each month for any additional charges.

Q: What does “Use-as-you-need Basis” mean?

A: Our Use-as-you-need Subscription Package is specifically tailored for individuals who would like Butler’s services on a flexible schedule. We publish all our available slots on the platform and Subscription users could select slots that are suitable for them.

Q: I am a Subscription package user. When can I book my next session?

A: For green and silver package user, you can only book your next session AFTER your current session has been completed. For gold package user, remember that you can book 2 sessions in advance, so you can rebook the next session AFTER one of your session has been completed.

Q: I am a Subscription package user. I finished my session today but how come I could not book a session for tomorrow even if I see an empty slot?

A: Butler requires ample time to prepare for your service, which is the reason why we require users to book sessions 48 or 72 hours in advance of the slot. As you finished your session today, your earliest available slot to book would be the day after tomorrow (gold member) or 2 days after tomorrow (green or silver member).

Q: I love your groceries service, but who should I pass my cash to?

A: Butler promotes a cashless ecosystem for the ease of users. We require users who would like to use our groceries service to inject deposit in their account, and we will subtract accordingly each time.
